Role Overview

We are seeking a Finastra Equation Developer with strong expertise in AS400 technologies and core banking systems to develop, enhance, and support banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQLRPG.
• Work with Finastra Equation core banking system, including APIs and user exits.
• Design and manage reports, screens, files, and data structures.
• Support EOD processing, data management, and system enhancements.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and banking platforms.
• Follow structured SDLC, release, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AS400 utilities and DB2 databases
• Hands-on experience with Equation core banking systems
• Banking domain knowledge preferred
