Job Title: Software Developer
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python in Odoo.
• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries and designing

schemas.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to power customer-facing and internal services.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in high-traffic environments.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including performance optimization and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the logistics, freight, or supply chain technology sector.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
