Scott Frame and Art is celebrating 20 years serving Northwest Arkansas with custom picture framing, fine art imaging and wide format printing, and white glove delivery and installation services. We work with artists, photographers, collectors, designers, businesses, and homeowners to preserve, reproduce, and present artwork with museum-quality craftsmanship.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Fine Art Imaging & Printing Specialist. This role focuses on artwork imaging, digital editing, photo restoration, and fine art printing, and is ideal for a self directed individual who enjoys both creative and technical work.

Every day we work with original artwork and photographs, helping clients turn meaningful pieces into beautiful finished prints and reproductions.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work with original artwork and digital files to create museum-quality reproductions and fine art prints. You will collaborate with artists and clients to ensure accurate color, detail, and presentation while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow and learn multiple aspects of the fine art production process.

A strong eye for color accuracy and detail is essential, as we produce museum-quality reproductions that accurately represent the original artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Scan and capture artwork for high-resolution digital reproduction
- Perform advanced image editing, color correction, and file preparation
- Restore and repair photographs and artwork using Adobe Photoshop
- Prepare files for fine art giclée printing
- Operate wide-format professional printing equipment
- Produce archival prints on fine art papers and canvas
- Evaluate proofs and maintain accurate color management
- Work directly with artists and clients to achieve the best possible results
- Assist with artwork handling, finishing, and packaging
- Maintain organized digital files and production workflow

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced proficiency and confidence using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with image editing, color correction, and photo restoration
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to work with high-resolution image files
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Clean driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

- Photography or fine art background
- Photo restoration or digital retouching experience
- Experience with fine art or giclée printing
- Experience with large-format printers
- Graphic design or digital imaging experience

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM (rotating Saturday schedule)

Starting Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
