Job Title: Fine Arts Teacher (Primary & Middle School)

Location: Sanskriti International School, Kondapur Branch

Reports to: Cultural Head / Principal

Job Purpose

To ignite artistic curiosity and technical skill in students. The Fine Arts Teacher will introduce various mediums—from traditional sketching to contemporary craft—ensuring students develop a strong aesthetic sense and a portfolio of work they are proud of.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design: Develop an age-appropriate Fine Arts syllabus covering sketching, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and applied arts.
• Technique Instruction: Teach fundamental concepts such as the elements of art (color theory, perspective, shading, and composition).
• Diverse Mediums: Provide hands-on training in various media including watercolors, acrylics, charcoal, clay modeling, and recycled art (Best out of Waste).
• Art History: Introduce students to legendary Indian and International artists and different art movements (e.g., Folk Art, Impressionism, Cubism).
• Exhibition Management: Organize the annual school Art Exhibition, decorating school corridors and themed displays for school events.
• Competition Coaching: Identify talented students and prepare them for inter-school art competitions and national-level talent exams.
• Classroom Aesthetics: Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring Art Studio, ensuring all materials are stocked and safely handled.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
