Fine Dining Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership presence in shift management on the floor
• Delivers excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests
• Develops staff with training and coaching
• Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage service
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
• P&L management
• Inventory control and COGs

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years fine dining and/or steakhouse AGM experience
• Exceptional people skills
• A passion for promoting a positive culture
• Proven developer of people
• Established longevity in prior roles
• Professional image & demeanor
• Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
