About the Role Leila is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team in the heart of Capitol Park. As a Bartender at Leila, you are more than a mixologist; you are an ambassador of Middle Eastern hospitality. You will operate at the intersection of a high-energy urban scene and a sophisticated dining program, crafting cocktails that complement our celebrated mezze and grilled dishes.

What You’ll Do

• Execute with Precision: Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and curated wine pours with speed and consistency in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Elevate the Experience: Provide intuitive, fine-dining caliber service to guests at the bar, offering deep knowledge of our spirits, Lebanese wines, and complex flavor profiles.
• Collaborate: Work seamlessly with the service team and kitchen to ensure a fluid guest experience across the dining room and bar area.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume fine dining or an upscale craft cocktail environment.
• Product Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine. Familiarity with Middle Eastern flavors or Arak is a plus.
• Professionalism: Polished presence with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Connection: A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to engage with a diverse, cosmopolitan clientele.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. We are only open for dinner service.
