Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a lively yet professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events like banquets or private parties
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Experience serving in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
• Prior experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector that demonstrates excellent communication and multitasking abilities
