Fine Dining Bartender (2+ yrs exp. steakhouse/upscale)

We are seeking dedicated a Fine Dining Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The highest level of service and attention to detail required. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch service in an upscale/white table cloth dining environment, we want to hear from you.

*Duties*

• Welcome and greet every guest that walks through the door
• Prepare and serve high-end craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Curate and recommend wine selections based on guest preferences, pairings, and menu offerings
• Maintain strong understanding of wine regions, varietals, tasting notes, and proper service standards
• Deliver an elevated guest experience through professional, engaging, and knowledgeable service
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wine (temperature, glassware, decanting)
• Execute efficient service in a high-volume, upscale environment without compromising quality
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to health and safety standards
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly

*Experience*

- Formal/Upscale service - service that follows strict rules and procedures, and requires a high level of skill and professionalism from the staff

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Preferred Formal Sommelier or equivalent wine training/certifications

- Familiarity with food safety practices

- Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
