Duties

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Assist with food plating and presentation to uphold our high standards of quality and aesthetics
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using Resy system, and seat guests efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items, dietary options, and restaurant policies
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining a hygienic environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, food runner, or expo preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus
• Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food safety practices, dietary accommodations, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service roles that require guest relations and hospitality skills will be highly valued
