Role Objective

As a Waiter at Casa Angelo, you are the primary ambassador of our brand. You will provide an exquisite dining experience that blends authentic Italian warmth with impeccable fine-dining standards. Your goal is to guide guests through a culinary journey, ensuring every detail—from the first greeting to the final farewell—is flawless.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Menu Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our Italian menu, including ingredients, preparation methods (e.g., handmade pasta techniques), and daily specials.
• Bespoke Guest Service: Anticipate guest needs before they are verbalized. Manage table flow with grace, ensuring "silent service" standards are met.
• Order Articulation: Confidently recommend pairings, describe flavor profiles of Italian regions, and handle dietary requirements or allergies with extreme precision.
• Station Excellence: Maintain a pristine station. Ensure silver, glassware, and linens meet our "gold standard" of cleanliness.
• Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently manage orders via the digital system, ensuring a seamless flow between the front-of-house and the kitchen.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Sommelier, Runners, and the Executive Chef to ensure timing is synchronized for multi-course meals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in a Fine Dining environment. Experience in Italian cuisine or high-end European restaurants is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Fluent in English. Ability to speak Italian or Arabic is a major plus in the Kuwaiti market.
• Grooming: Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene, reflecting the luxury standards of Casa Angelo.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of Italian culinary terms (e.g., Al Dente, Reduction, Antipasti, Crudo).
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a passion for storytelling through food.
