Fine Dining Server

Overview
Momoyama is high-end sushi omakase restaurant located in city of Fountain Valley. We welcome experienced server who enjoys and fits into high-end atmosphere with excellent team work in mind.

Responsibilities:

Our server role is vital to operation since we are require servers to host, expo, serve, bus, and manage POS system (Clover). Training will be provided by the manager and will take about 1 week or all the way to 4 weeks depending on performance. Emphasis on customer service and hospitality will be a key factor during training as well. We are known for friendly staff and chefs who truly enjoy connecting with our customers.

Requirements

• Restaurant server experience (Sushi restaurant preferred or any type of high-end restaurant experience)
• Ability to multitask throughout the shift
• Team work and communication skills are required we are a small restaurant and a small team.
• Knowledge in food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Basic math skills are required for accurately calculating cash sales/tip transactions.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
