We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

This position requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Toast POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper payment procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communicate any special dietary needs or preferences of guests.
• Uphold all food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is required.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing exemplary customer service.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to effectively communicate with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
