Fine Dining Server and Bartender

Server / Bartender (Experienced) – Nights & Weekends Required

We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, comfortable behind the bar, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of serving and bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Sushi/hibachi/sake experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and closing duties
• Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for guests
