Fine Dining Server & Banquet Server
Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers and Banquet Servers to join our team. Candidates must have prior experience in a fine dining environment and a strong commitment to exceptional hospitality. This position supports both à la carte service in a private restaurant setting and banquet service for special events.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional, and courteous service to all guests
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a knowledgeable manner
- Offer food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate
- Set up, maintain, and break down table settings according to service standards
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organized throughout service
- Present checks and process guest payments accurately
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow all health department regulations and customer service guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior fine dining serving experience required
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience required
- Open availability is required; Saturday availability is mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Additional Information

- Training is available; experience is preferred
