Fine Dining Server / Bartender

THAMES STREET OYSTER HOUSE is an extremely busy independent restaurant located in historic Fell's Point on the Thames Street waterfront, and we are looking for a professional server / bartender to join our team!

We are searching for a candidate that can efficiently balance volume and efficiency with extensive points of service, along with providing exceptional knowledge and hospitality for our guests. 5 years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is required, as well as an excellent work ethic, passion for superior service, great food/beverage knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism.

You must be a TEAM PLAYER and a true PROFESSIONAL to fit in here and therefore succeed. We are an independent location and tight knit group, and require a respectful and dedicated individual who is committed to excellence to join us. We are searching for a candidate that is intelligent, focused, poised, reliable, efficient, and flexible in scheduling. We look for KIND people who understand and are committed to providing truly great hospitality while delivering excellent service. We love what we do and work very hard and expect you to as well.

We offer a consistently lucrative position, a set schedule, a full benefits program for full time employees (30 hrs+), sick pay, dining discounts, shift meal and drink, and the restaurant is CLOSED all major holidays, as well as for a winter and summer break.
