Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with wine and cocktail selections to enhance their dining experience
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Micros POS system, ensuring timely delivery and proper billing
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing special requests, and managing any concerns promptly
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food timing during banquets or special events, ensuring seamless service in fine dining or nightclub settings

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining service and bartending within upscale restaurants or nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
• Previous banquet or catering experience is preferred to manage large groups efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality setting that values teamwork and professionalism
