Server – Maeva (Sunday Brunch + Prix Fixe Style Dinner)

Location: Downtown Gilbert, AZ
Compensation: $15–$17/hr base + pooled tips (highly competitive take-home pay)

Maeva is a dual-concept restaurant inspired by travel, hospitality, and a love for exceptional food and drink. By day, we are a cozy, welcoming café and brunch destination, serving specialty coffee, pastries, and globally inspired plates. By night, we transform into Maeva After Dark, an intimate supper club offering a globally inspired and rotating menu.

Position Summary

We are looking for Servers who embody elegance, grace, and intentional hospitality. This is not a rushed, high-turnover environment. At Maeva, service is thoughtful, refined, and guest-focused. Every interaction is about creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, attentive service with warmth and composure.
• Guide guests through menus, wine, and cocktails with confidence.
• Pace courses gracefully to create a seamless flow of service.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism.
• Execute steps of service in conjunction with the bar, kitchen, and service assistants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fine dining or elevated hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor and presence.
• Commitment to intentional, team-based service.
