Fine Dining Server Weekend and Brunch Availability

Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a friendly and professional Fine Dining Server with weekend and brunch availability to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our upscale restaurant, delivering memorable dining experiences through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, guest relations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a polished presentation and attentive guest interaction.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures during service.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties accurately using OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
• Support team efforts by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and providing excellent guest services throughout the shift.

Experience

• Prior fine dining server experience is highly preferred, especially in upscale restaurants or hotels.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is required
• Experience with restaurant reservation platforms like Resy enhances efficiency in guest management.
• Strong background in food service, hospitality, or food industry roles including serving, bussing, or host/hostess positions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy weekend and brunch shifts effectively.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
