Fine Dining Server/Bar Man

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Strong Cocktail & Wine Knowledge for Sales purposes
• Build & Serve Cocktails in Effective Time frame
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Clear and clean tables during and after guests have finished dining
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces
• Manage a service bar while maintaining Guests Satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server/Bartender is preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong Cocktail Knowledge
• Strong Wine Knowledge
