LushScapes is a high-end seasonal color and fine gardening company serving residential and boutique commercial properties across the Charleston area. We design, install, and maintain plantings that are as precise as they are beautiful — working on the kinds of properties where the details genuinely show.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is hands-on, skilled outdoor work on beautiful Charleston properties. You will be part of a crew that holds a high standard — and you will be respected for holding it too. For the right person, there is real room to grow here as the company expands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install and maintain gardens, planters, hanging baskets, and window boxes

Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and seasonal color arrangements

Weed, prune, mulch, fertilize, and keep every property looking immaculate

Operate tools — blowers, hedgers, ladders — safely and efficiently

Work as part of a crew to deliver the standard LushScapes is known for

Lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at height when needed

WHO YOU ARE

Reliable — you show up, you follow through, and your team can count on you

Detail-oriented — you notice when something isn't right and you take care of it

Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Charleston's climate

A team player who also works well independently when needed

Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work is preferred — but a strong work ethic and genuine interest in learning the craft matters more

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$21.50 – $26.50

per hour, based on experience

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday, consistent 40-hour week
