Fine Jewelry and Diamonds Personal Assistant/ Sales Associate (3 Years Experience Min)

Looking for an experienced personal assistant for a diamond/ Jewelry company. Must be someone with at least 3 years of knowledge and experience, preferably some within the jewelry / diamond business. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include opening and closing store, managing sales, writing reports, filing paperwork, etc. You will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to help drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your duties will include:

Duties

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and maximize sales opportunities
- Helping the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities

- Writing and filing reports, as well as correctly using the necessary applications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities
- Providing guidance and support to the team in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve sales productivity

Skills

- Proven experience in typical office tasks such as filing, organizing, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with a sales team
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
