The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Online Sales Associate to join our team. This is not a traditional retail floor role—our sales happen online, and your job is to bring a personal, elevated experience to our digital customers. You will connect directly with clients, provide styling guidance, ease hesitations, and help them feel confident in their purchase decisions.
This is a customer-facing position focused on relationship-building, styling, and personalized selling.
This position is in person, as we want you to be able to take pictures and schedule calls for your clients to help them with styling advice
What You’ll Do
- Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to customers via email, chat, or text to answer questions and offer styling suggestions.
- Styling Advice: Provide personalized jewelry styling recommendations to help customers build collections and select pieces for special occasions.
- Customer Confidence: Address hesitations, answer detailed product questions, and ease concerns for customers on the fence about purchasing.
- Virtual Styling Calls: Schedule and host 1:1 Zoom styling sessions with clients who want a more personalized experience.
- Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, remembering their preferences, past purchases, and upcoming occasions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the e-commerce and operations team to ensure smooth order flow and exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; polished, warm, and confident tone.
- A passion for style, fashion, and jewelry—ability to curate looks and give genuine styling advice.
- Natural ability to listen, empathize, and build trust with clients.
- Comfortable in a sales environment and motivated by helping customers feel confident in their purchases.
- Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and proactive in reaching out to customers.
- Experience in luxury retail, personal styling, or clienteling is a plus.
