Overview
We are a growing millwork installation company seeking experienced finish carpenters and cabinet installers to join our team. Our projects include commercial interiors and high-end residential installations throughout the East Bay.
We are focused on quality execution, efficient installs, and well-managed jobsites.
Duties
- Install cabinets, countertops, trim, doors, and hardware with precision to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Perform finish carpentry tasks including molding, baseboards, crown molding, and custom woodwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials on-site
- Conduct measurements, level surfaces, and make adjustments to ensure perfect fit and finish
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and site logistics
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels, caulking guns, as well as power tools including sanders and drills
- Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, stucco application, masonry work, plumbing basics, electrical experience and water damage restoration is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling and installation processes
- Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation or fabrication processes such as CNC machining or rebar installation is advantageous
- Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to construction sites including scaffolding use and fall protection
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during unforeseen challenges
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between multiple job sites

Pay: $37.57 - $43.20 per hour
