Finish Carpenter (Site Finishing Manager) – High-End Residential Construction

Job Overview

L Brooke Homes is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter (Site Finishing Manager) to support high-end residential construction projects with a strong focus on finish work, appliance installation, and pre-closing punch list execution.

This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering a polished, move-in-ready home.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality finish carpentry, trim, and detail work
• Install and coordinate residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, laundry)
• Complete pre-closing and final punch list items to exacting standards
• Install doors, hardware, fixtures, shelving, and accessories
• Coordinate with trades to resolve finish and inspection items
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean job site
• Identify and correct quality issues before client walkthroughs

Qualifications

• 7+ years residential construction experience
• Strong finish carpentry background
• Experience with appliance installation and final detailing
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
• Reliable transportation and professional jobsite demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
