Finished Fabric Inventory Executive

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in fabric inventory management, preferably in a textile or fashion manufacturing environment.

Job Description:-

• Maintain and update records of all finished fabric inventory in the system.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of finished fabrics according to standard procedures.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality assurance teams for incoming and outgoing fabric movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Support the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of finished fabrics to internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
