QC Finished Goods Control Specialist
role will make an impact:

Perform routine and non-routine analysis of finished products in compliance with cGMP and GLP standards.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of results by adhering to established methods, procedures, and data integrity requirements.

Possess hands-on knowledge of laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, etc.).
-
Perform review and verification of analytical results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-
Making trend analysis in validation and finished product studies.
-
Track and manage the lifecycle of laboratory columns, including usage and replacement.
-
Manage reference standards in the laboratory, including inventory tracking, ordering, and control.
-
Oversee procurement processes and inventory management for laboratory materials, including chemicals, columns, reference standards, and consumables.
-
Support method validation and transfer activities as required.

Prepare and review documentation, such as analytical reports, test methods, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Contribute to troubleshooting and investigating out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.

Participate in process improvement initiatives within the laboratory to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
-
Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
-
2-5 years of experience as an analyst in a Quality Control Laboratory in a Pharmaceutical company.
-
Knowledge and experience with HPLC/UPLC/GC/UV/IR/KF instruments.
-
Familiarity with Empower 3 software is an advantage.
-
Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and Data Integrity principles.
-
Experience and knowledge in Cleaning Validation, Method Validation and Analytical Method Transfer activities is preferred.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
-
Proficiency in technical writing and preparing reports.
-
Attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
-
Strong evidence of problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills.
-
Strong analytical skills, good relationship management and change agility.
-
Able to effectively function and lead in a cross-functional team environment. Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
