JOB TITLE: Finished Goods Technician
AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

Reports directly to the Finished Flower Coordinator, with additional oversight from the Assistant Finished Goods Manager, Finished Goods Manager and Director of Production
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Check with Lead / Coordinator for daily schedule
-
Set up work station for scheduled task
-
QC, Grind, Repair, Package, Thump, Crown, Heat seal / Tamper proof according to task
-
Keep all strains organized and labeled accordingly
-
Properly fill out an accountability card and hand it in at the end of every shift.

Perform visual quality control inspections of flower and packaged product
-
Work space / GVS is to be cleaned anytime you leave the room (breaks, bathroom etc.), during each strain and at the beginning and end of every day.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily

Transfer finished product to appropriate designated rack
-
Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures
-
On occasion you may be asked to cross train or help in other departments/positions (Flower Processing)

Restock and check inventory levels of supplies as it relates to the Finished Goods processes (Packaging, Pre-roll, Labeling, Grind, Thump, Dutch Crown)

Other duties and special projects may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum of 21 years of age
-
Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass all required background checks
-
Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
-
Organizational and time management skills required
-
Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
-
Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)
-
Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
-
Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
-
May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
