Finishes Work Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise finishing works including plastering, tile work, marble/granite, painting, false ceilings, gypsum board, doors & windows, and flooring.
• Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, masons, painters, carpenters, and other finishing trades.
• Monitor material quality, usage, and workmanship at site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure rectification of defects/snags.
• Ensure proper surface preparation before finishing activities.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework during finishing stages.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and manpower logs.
• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are followed on site.
• Assist engineers in inspections, mockups, and client/consultant approvals.
• Ensure finishing works are completed within approved timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and workmanship standards.
• Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with site safety practices.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
