Finishing carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter who has proven expertise in Dubai’s residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Dubai, with a strong understanding of local building standards, finishing techniques, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all types of finishing carpentry work including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, skirting, wall panels, and custom woodwork.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications accurately.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other finishing materials with precision.
• Conduct repairs, touch-ups, and refinishing to maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and company quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition and follow health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of finishing carpentry experience in Dubai (residential & commercial projects).
• Strong knowledge of modern finishing techniques, materials, and joinery methods.
• Ability to operate a variety of carpentry tools and machines with precision.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, luxury finishes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working in different site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in custom furniture and high-end fit-outs.
• Understanding of interior design requirements and coordination with other trades.
