Finishing Carpenter - Facility maintenance - QNB- Head office project

We are hiring experienced Finishing Carpenters on behalf of a leading Facilities Management (FM) project-based role at the QNB – Head Office Project.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finishing carpentry works, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden and glass structures such as doors, partitions, cabinets, and related fittings, with strong attention to detail and quality finishing.

Location: QNB – Head Office Project
Salary: QAR 2,700 (All-inclusive)
Contract Duration: 1 month (extendable)
Working Schedule:

• 6 days per week
• 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

We are looking for a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our team for the QNB Head Office Project. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in finishing carpentry, glass and wooden doors, partition works, and related installation and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of finishing carpentry works including:
• Doors, cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, partitions, and ceiling supports
• Install, repair, and maintain wooden and related structures
• Fix and install hardware such as hinges, locks, handles, door closers, and fittings
• Perform all types of wooden painting and finishing works
• Handle glass swing door repair works, including:
• Lock replacement
• Top pivot and bottom pivot replacement
• Carry out door closer and floor hinge machine replacement
• Perform partition wall works, including installation of all types of aluminium channels
• Work on installation and maintenance of all types of glass and wooden doors
• Ensure work is completed as per safety standards and project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of glass and wooden door systems
• Experience with partition walls and aluminium channel installations
• Ability to read and follow drawings or instructions
• Good attention to detail and finishing quality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
