Finishing Civil Enginer

We are currently hiring Finishing Civil Engineers for large-scale (mega) project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all finishing activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with project standards and specifications.

Candidates with more than 6 years of UAE experience, currently on visit or cancelled visa, and available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all finishing activities, including:
• Plastering, painting, tiling, marble, joinery works
• Gypsum ceilings, partitions, decorative finishes, and final MEP fittings
• Review and interpret architectural and ID drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to resolve finishing-related conflicts.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
• Lead and conduct snagging and de-snagging activities prior to handover.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain site documentation: daily reports, inspection requests, material submittals.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works, preferably on mega/high-rise UAE projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across disciplines.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Immediate availability preferred – candidates on visit visa or with cancelled visa are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
