Position: Finishing Execution Engineer

Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra

Experience: 3+ years post B.Tech, or 5+ years post Diploma

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Annual Salary Offered: 30,000 to 40,000/- CTC P/M

Role Description:

• Execution and supervision of all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, stone work, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, fixtures, and allied activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensuring quality control, coordination of inspections, and timely rectification of snags and punch points.

• Planning and sequencing daily finishing activities in coordination with site in-charge, planning team, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Monitoring material consumption, raising material requisitions, and ensuring proper storage with minimal wastage.

• Taking measurements of executed works and assisting the QS team in RA bills, reconciliation, and progress reporting.

• Ensuring compliance with safety norms and maintaining proper housekeeping at site.

• Supporting area-wise and unit-wise completion, final inspections, and handover to the client.

B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
