Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Summary:

The Finishing Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing works on construction sites, ensuring that activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and fit-out works.

Ensure all finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Identify and resolve any site issues or technical problems related to finishing works.

Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.

Maintain site safety standards and ensure workers follow safety procedures.

Report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Ensure timely completion of snagging and de-snagging works.

Maintain proper housekeeping at site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building construction, with strong experience in finishing works in the UAE.

Good knowledge of construction drawings and finishing materials.

Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively.

Familiar with Dubai construction standards and site safety regulations.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
