A Civil Finishing Foreman is a construction site supervisor responsible for managing and overseeing the final finishing works in civil construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring that finishing activities are completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards and drawings.Typical responsibilities include:<ul><li>Supervising finishing works such as:</li><li>Plastering</li><li>Block work</li><li>Tiling</li><li>Painting coordination</li><li>False ceilings</li><li>Waterproofing</li><li>Flooring</li><li>External finishes</li><li>Managing labor teams and subcontractors</li><li>Reading drawings and coordinating with engineers/site supervisors</li><li>Ensuring quality control and proper workmanship</li><li>Monitoring material usage and site progress</li><li>Following safety procedures</li><li>Reporting daily progress to site engineers or project managers</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
