Beach Products, a leading Division 10 specialty contractor in Arizona, is hiring an Experienced Finishing Installer. We are specifically looking for candidates with proven finishing-trade experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to zero punchlist work.

Position Overview

You will install toilet partitions, restroom accessories, lockers, wall protection, and other Division 10 specialty products in commercial buildings. This is a hands-on finishing role that requires accuracy, craftsmanship, and strong problem-solving skills on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install Division 10 specialty products with precision and clean workmanship
• Read and follow construction plans and installation instructions
• Perform high-quality finishing work with a “zero punchlist” mindset
• Ensure all measurements, layouts, and hardware placements are exact
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
• Communicate professionally with GCs, superintendents, and teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and ensure installations stay on schedule

Requirements

Experience is required — we are not hiring entry-level for this role.

• Minimum 2–3+ years of finishing or specialty-trade experience

(carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, or Division 10 a strong plus)

• Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to produce high-quality, finished work with no punchlist
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, levels, lasers, and measuring tools
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Reliable transportation to job sites across the Phoenix metro area
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturday work if needed
