Finishing Painter, Gypsum Carpenter and MEP Technician

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying finishing paints, stains, or coatings to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, and industrial products. A strong eye for detail and high standards for quality and precision are essential in this role.

We are looking for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter to join our fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of gypsum (drywall) panels, ceiling systems, partitions, and other gypsum-based structures. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of construction drawings and interior finishing standards.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MEP Technician to join our facilities or maintenance team. The MEP Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded technical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
