Job Title: Finishing Site Engineer – High-Rise Buildings

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring the successful execution of high-rise building projects in accordance with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
• Manage and monitor labor and subcontractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain accurate site records including materials used, labor attendance, and inspections.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs to project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Site Engineer role, specifically in high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
