Chief Compliance Officer-Strong Compliance/FinTech Background

We’re SQN Global, a rapidly growing financial services consultancy seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Consultant preferably with strong experience in FinTech to lead our compliance strategy and safeguard our client organization’s integrity. This is a high-impact role for a professional with deep regulatory expertise and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance policies and procedures

• Act as the primary liaison with regulators, confidently managing inquiries and examinations
• Partner with executive management to advise on compliance risks and strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and industry
• Ensure adherence to securities regulations and evolving industry standards
• Lead compliance training and awareness programs across the organization

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive compliance experience in financial services or Fintech
• Multiple securities licenses required, including FINRA Series 24 and clean licenses
• Proven expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated success in managing regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Broad general compliance experience with a track record of executive-level collaboration
