Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle legal &amp; compliance matters related to fintech, digital payments, lending, and RBI guidelines.</li><li>Manage cyber law issues: cyber fraud, IT Act compliance, data protection, DPDP Act, and cyber incident responses.</li><li>Draft &amp; review agreements: vendor contracts, fintech partnerships, NDAs, privacy policy, T&amp;C.</li><li>Ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms and digital regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with regulators, law enforcement, and external counsels.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>LLB (LLM preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, cyber laws, and data privacy.</li><li>Experience in handling cyber complaints and digital evidence.</li><li>Excellent drafting and legal research skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fintech: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
