Strategic Context

Situated within the Kuwait Stock Exchange Building, FinoFriend Fintech is appointing a Product Lead to bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and digital financial services. This position is designed for a product architect who understands the velocity of the modern exchange. You will own the evolution of our fintech stack, ensuring that every feature deployed from the heart of Kuwait City’s financial district enhances user trust and transactional efficiency.

The Product Lifecycle DNA

• Transactional Architecture: Lead the conceptualization and deployment of scalable payment gateways and digital wallet features, ensuring 100% alignment with Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) regulations.
• User-Centric Fiscal Design: Oversee the conversion of complex financial data into intuitive, high-engagement mobile and web interfaces, reducing friction in the wealth management journey.
• Strategic Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog using data-driven insights, balancing immediate market demands with the long-term technical debt of the fintech infrastructure.
• API Economy & Integration: Orchestrate the technical partnerships with traditional banking institutions and third-party providers to expand our ecosystem’s liquidity and service reach.

Expertise Requirements

• Professional Horizon: 6+ years in product management or fintech innovation, with a proven history of launching and scaling B2C or B2B financial products in the GCC.
• Tooling & Frameworks: Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies; deep familiarity with SQL, segment analytics, and fintech security protocols (PCI-DSS).
• Linguistic Standards: C2-level professional English is essential for navigating regulatory documentation and executive board briefings.
• Visual Documentation: Expert use of Loom to record "Product Sprint Reviews" and feature walkthroughs for stakeholders and the engineering squad.
