Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 hours per day
• 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech solutions
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards
• Monitor product performance and user feedback
• Drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements
• Coordinate product releases and updates
• Communicate product goals and progress to stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience working with development teams and agile frameworks
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
