Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Supervisor/Foreman

Job Description

• Supervise plumbers and fire-fighting technicians on site.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets project timelines.
• Train and mentor team members on technical practices and safety procedures.
• Review plumbing and fire-fighting drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Plan installation sequences and coordinate with project engineers and other trades.
• Prepare detailed Material Take-Off (MTO) for all plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct pressure tests, leak tests, and commissioning of plumbing and fire systems.
• Ensure the use of approved materials, fittings, and equipment.
• Enforce safety rules on site and ensure team members follow PPE protocols.
• Manage inventory of plumbing and fire-fighting materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Associate Engineering (Electronics)
• Basic and Advances Electronics
