What You'll Do
As a Fire Alarm Service Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Fire Alarm Service Department and assist the Service Manager with administrative coordination. Responsibilities include:
- Dispatching and coordinating service calls for the fire alarm service team
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests
- Ensuring technicians' timesheets are submitted daily
- Reviewing and confirming that service tickets and notes are properly documented
- Verifying that job and service information is entered accurately in the system
- Assisting the Service Manager with administrative tasks and department coordination
- Helping maintain smooth communication between technicians, management, and customers
Pay Scale: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dispatching experience in the service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.) is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional and positive attitude
