Fire Alarm Technician

Job Purpose:

The job holder is accountable to carry out all assigned installation and maintenance works such as wiring, conduiting, testing, trouble shooting, adjusting, and preventive maintenance and ensure the quality of work done.

Job Description

1) Experience in carrying out the installation and preventive maintenance.

2) Execute efficiently all installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair tasks as requested and according to company standards.

3) Know how to use hands and measurements & testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters and related equipment's.

4) Able to read and understand the drawings and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. panels, input/output devices etc. using test equipment’s.

5) Identify proactively the parts to be replaced before they get damaged, causing breakdown.

6) Able to work under stress/Given timeline

7) Attending breakdown calls at all times.

8) Reporting all non-conformities immediately to the supervisor/incharge.

Minimum Requirement

· Trade school or Diploma in electrical/electronics/mechanical field with minimum 2 years of experience as a fire technician with a reputed fire company in UAE.

· Customer relationship skills

· Analytical and Technical knowledge

· Proactive and result oriented

· Driving license will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

• Fire Alarm: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Civil Defence Card (Preferred)
