Fire Alarm Technician

• Installation & Commissioning
• Install fire alarm system components including control panels, detectors, alarms, and wiring according to design specifications.
• Perform system commissioning and calibration to ensure full operational readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues during installation.
• Testing & Troubleshooting
• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of fire alarm systems to detect faults or malfunctions.
• Diagnose and repair system errors promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs.
• Maintenance & Support
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of fire alarm systems.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies related to fire alarm failures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and site teams as needed.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and company policies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe working environment on-site.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
