Allied Risk Management is currently seeking applications for a Fire and Life Safety Director assigned to a distinguished hotel situated on the west side of Manhattan. We have full-time, part-time, and weekend positions available, and preference will be given to candidates with open availability.

REQUIRED:

• T89 A must
• Security Guard License
• Valid Drivers License or ID Card
• CPR/AED Certification

• Life Safety Management
• Emergency Preparedness
• Fire Alarm Control
• Training and Supervision
• Recordkeeping and Compliance
• Coordination with Fire Departments
• Monitoring Fire Safety Systems

Experience:

• At least five years in fire safety
• High school diploma or GED
• Training- Complete formal fire safety training
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response expertise, and excellent communication skills

License/Certification:

• Fire Life Safety Certification (T89)
• NYS Security Guard License
• CPR/AED

Work Location: High end Hotel, West side Midtown Manhattan, NY
