About the role

What you will do

1- Inspect & Monitor all fire alarms panels/ life and safety systems.
2- Inspect & Monitor all fire fighting systems ( ANSUL / FM200 / Pumps ).
3- Monitor all fire distinguishers.
4- Identify any operational hazards, make risk assessments and immediately take action.
5- Identify critical incidents and assess them for preventive measures.
6- Communicate actively with the security center to respond immediately to any safety incident or alarm.

What you bring

• Control and monitor all companies related to safety/ fire/hoods/pest control promptly. In addition monitor and issue work permits for the GC for any pending works within occupied areas.
• Carryout & Monitor the maintenance programs for all fire alarm/ fire fighting systems on a weakly basis
