Job Summary
Devoted Restoration is a family-owned restoration company serving Lee County and surrounding areas. We are seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to assist with emergency response services and restoration work involving water, fire, and mold damage. This position involves hands-on field work supporting mitigation, remediation, and restoration projects while working alongside experienced technicians. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response outside normal business hours.
Duties
- Respond to property damage situations including water, fire, and mold-related incidents as part of the restoration team.
- Assist with water mitigation procedures including water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Support mold remediation work including containment setup, removal of affected materials, and cleaning of impacted areas.
- Assist with fire and smoke damage mitigation.
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and negative air machines.
- Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged building materials when required for restoration work.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and assist with debris removal and disposal.
- Follow safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document job progress and communicate updates with team members and homeowners when appropriate.
- Operate company vehicles when assigned and travel to job sites throughout Lee County and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift equipment and materials
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to climb ladders and work in hot or humid environments
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restoration, mitigation, construction, or related field experience
- IICRC certification
- Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
- (Certifications are not required but are considered a plus.)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
