Role Description

We are seeking full-time, on-site Fire Safety Engineers, and Fire Protection Engineers for similar roles. The Engineers will provide fire protection and code consulting support for building projects, which includes conducting code compliance reviews, evaluating means of egress, designing fire protection systems, supervising testing and commissioning, and performing peer reviews. This role also involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the effective implementation of fire protection measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life safety or fire protection engineering or another engineering discipline
• Experience in life safety and fire protection roles
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Experience in security and training related to life safety
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to conduct code compliance reviews and assessments
• Experience in designing and evaluating fire protection systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Certified Fire Inspector, and NICET III in Inspection are preferred
