Fire Fighting / Alarm Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and inspection of fire protection systems. The successful candidate will manage site teams, ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate project execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Manage daily site operations and ensure work is completed on schedule and to code.
• Inspect work quality and enforce safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Train and mentor technicians and ensure team follow the best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Proven supervisory experience (3-4 Yrs. Gulf) in fire Fighting/Alarm systems.
• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting system UAE standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
